ph1111 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete agreement between you ("Player", "you") and ph1111 ("the Platform", "we", "us") regarding your use of all services available at ph1111.pro. These Terms apply to all games, features, promotions, and account management functions on the platform.

5. Withdrawals

Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and banking system conditions. ph1111 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but cannot guarantee specific completion times once a request has been passed to the payment provider.

If an active bonus is attached to your account at the time of a withdrawal request, the applicable bonus terms determine whether and how the withdrawal can proceed. In some cases, requesting a withdrawal while wagering requirements are incomplete will result in forfeiture of the active bonus balance.

ph1111 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals or in cases where account activity triggers a security review.

6. Bonuses and Promotions
